We help people disconnect from their devices and reap the benefits of nature. Our digital detox cabins are nestled in nature and ideally reached within 1-2 hours of major cities in Spain and Catalonia. 

We partner with landowners to help generate extra revenue for unused land. We handle everything and you get a revenue share every month.

LAND REQUIREMENTS

What we look for

Within 2 hours of the nearest city

Sites which are easily accessible from major cities by car and/or public transport.

Beautiful natural surroundings

We love sites that have a beautiful view, and that aren't far from walks or trails, so that guests can enjoy the benefits of nature.

No road, train or plane noise

Sites that are not under flightpaths nor near any noisy roads, so guests can step in to their own world for a few days.

Private spots away from public footpaths

Our cabins include large picture windows, so we place them away from public footpaths for privacy.

Fresh water supply, the rest is off-grid

We set up cabins with solar power, so the only thing we need is a connection to a mains water supply.

Within an hour's walk of pubs and shops

So that guests can easily access and enjoy the local village, or stock up on any essentials.

How it works

1. Intro call & site visit

If after an introductory call it seems there's a good fit, we'll come and visit to scope out possible sites for a cabin.

2. Land preparation

Unplugged work with you to prepare the site for installation of the cabin.

3. Cabin installation

We design and build the cabins from end to end, from delivery to sourcing local cleaning teams and suppliers.

4. Launch

We'll use all our channels and partners to market the cabin launch.

5. Guest management

We handle all marketing, bookings, customer service and logistics for every booking,

6. Monthly payments

We pay you a 12% revenue share each month directly to your account.

FAQs

Absolutely not - guests will self check-in at the cabin, with information and guidance provided by Unplugged.

A member of our Land Partner Team will review your submission, and come back to you with some further questions. Next steps would be a phone call to learn more about one another. If both parties feel like there's potential, a member of the team will arrange a site visit.

Our cabins are off-grid with the exception of the need for a mains water connection. 

Definitely! We'll only ever agree a cabin site where guests are out of your way, on land that you don't have a regular need to access.
