Digital devices are designed to be addictive, keeping us distracted and our brains busy. Unplugging from your devices for a period of time can help you reconnect and refocus.

It can mean anything from abstaining from you phone and social media for a week to putting your phone away at dinner time. Digital detoxing is increasing in popularity due to the increase in social media anxiety and our ever decreasing attention spans. We all know it too - 62% of UK adults say they hate how much time they spend on their phone.
How long should a digital detox last?
You can detox for as little or as long as you like. We recommend 3 nights, based on lots of studies and 'The Three Day Effect' that says the minimum time to reap the benefits of going offline and spending time in nature is 72 hours. The first day can feel quite strange being without your phone, but the real benefits come on day 2 and 3. You will feel more relaxed, sleep better and have a new sense of clarity. Plus a renewed relationship with your phone!
